Costs disclosure thresholds review survey
The Legal Services Council is reviewing the costs disclosure thresholds in the Legal Profession Uniform Law and is seeking information from private practice solicitors about how the thresholds are operating. Please click here to answer the Council’s two minute survey.

Important update: Claims Costs Disclosure
SIRA is launching a new Claims Costs Disclosure (CCD) portal, to capture settlement costs data relating to CTP damages claims made under the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017. All damages claims settled on or after 1 March 2023 need to be lodged via the new portal. Retrospective disclosure prior to 1 March 2023 is not required. Registration for the portal opens 8 February 2023. Find out more.
