That’s around six thousand six hundred law practices where the unexpected unavailability of the principal has the potential to impact clients, staff, and the practitioner’s families. Subpoena for Production
In August 2023 the Local Court of NSW has introduced a new form of Subpoena for Production (criminal jurisdiction). The new form, available here, requires the issuing party to provide a declaration about the material sought to be produced as it relates to sections 296, 298 and 300(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986, regarding protected confidences.
