Practising Certificate and Membership Renewals open tomorrow, Tuesday 4 April 2023
All solicitors will receive an email tomorrow containing their LawID and a link to renew their practising certificate and membership of the Law Society. You will access your online renewal through your LawID account. If you have not yet activated your LawID account, please do so here as soon as possible. Any questions? We are here to help. Technology & Construction List
The Supreme Court has reissued Practice Note SC EQ 3 – Commercial List and Technology & Construction List, with a commencement date of 4 April 2023.
The revised Practice Note:
  • updates the current practice around the timing and procedure for motions and directions hearings (see [22]).
  • updates the usual order for hearing in Annexure 3 by removing former [13] and providing information regarding the court book in [13] to [16].
