Farewell ceremony for Justice Hallen

Justice Phillip Hallen will shortly retire from the Court after 13 years of service, including as an Associate Judge. His Honour's last sitting will be on Friday 30 June 2023 in Court 12D of the Queens Square Law Courts complex at 9:15am. Members of the profession are invited to attend.

Reissued Practice Note SC EQ 7 – Succession & Probate Lists

On 16 June 2023 the Chief Justice reissued Practice Note SC EQ 07 – Succession & Probate Lists, with a commencement date of 1 July 2023. The revised Practice Note updates the practice that will apply to family provision and probate matters. You can view the Note here and it will be able to be viewed online from 1 July 2023. |
