Staying Well in the Law: Designing safety in the workplace
Online webcast
We are thrilled to invite you to the August edition of the Staying Well in the Law series: Designing Safety in the Workplace, on Wednesday, 21st August.
This webinar will explore the interface of psychology and the law as well as workplace dynamics, highlighting the importance of addressing psychological hazards proactively rather than reactively. For legal professionals and organisations, adopting a proactive stance towards psychological hazard prevention involves integrating design methodology into their practices. This entails deliberate consideration of various factors at the outset and designing workflows and environments that promote well-being, mitigate risks and foster psychological safety. By doing so, they can create healthier and more sustainable work cultures while minimising the potential for harm and misconduct.
