PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
How do you define great leadership?

“You know it when you see it. Often, it’s intangible but it’s real and present. It’s how it makes you feel, and it enables you to think well beyond your current circumstances”.

You may be mistaken for thinking this is a quote from The Castle. In a recent interview, Mike Baird, former NSW Premier and current CEO of Hammond Care was asked “How do you define great leadership?” Baird’s insight regarding collective leadership was refreshing. Great leaders, Baird says, build leaders beyond themselves by being present and articulating vision. Understanding and appreciating the value in taking the time to get to know your teams, rather than coming in to make your mark are in my humble opinion, the signs of an empathetic and effective leader. Continue reading >

This volunteer position with a well-established court support agency requires an experienced administrator to maintain VWCCS’ professional status and ensure it is strategically positioned for the future. You will lead a team of well-trained and experienced volunteers, work with the Operational Management Committee and report to the Board. VWCCS is an integral support agency at the Downing Centre, Parramatta and Newcastle courts.

LRS - Dealing with Exception – changes to required supporting evidence
From 8 August 2022, Subscribers will no longer be required to provide supporting evidence including identity documentation, Probate, Letters of Administration, Death Certificate and Passport when lodging several Dealing with Exception documents with LRS, such as Change of Name and Notice of Death.
