Completing CPD Units online
|
Given the now widespread availability of online CPD courses, the 5-unit statutory cap on private study of audio/visual material under the Legal Profession Uniform Continuing Professional Development (Solicitors) Rules 2015 will apply for the current 2021‑22 CPD year. Please note however, that CPD units completed online via interactive web-based programs are treated differently and solicitors may still complete an unlimited number of CPD units via that medium in order to comply with their CPD requirements. This approach also applies for Specialist CPD units. Find out more.
