Using the correct email address helps the courts to process requests efficiently and reduces overall delays. The list is available on the Law Society website here.

New SIRA Claims Cost Disclosure Portal
Claims Cost Disclosures under the Motor Accidents Injuries Act 2017 will need to be lodged via the online DRS Legal Portal. The new functionality will be available from August 2020. Further information will be available on the SIRA website soon.
