Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 Compliance
|
In August we received our compliance letter from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency advising that we are compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act) for the 2021-22 reporting period. The Act requires non-public sector employers with 100 or more employees to submit a report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency each year. Compliance letters are issued after the Agency has reviewed the submission to ensure the organisation has submitted a fully compliant report.
