About Jeffrey

Jeffrey is a government lawyer with WIRO who leads a team of 8 complaints handlers who take phone calls from injured workers who are struggling with successfully dealing with insurers. Jeffrey is greatly admired by his colleagues and staff.  He has calmly led his team with skill and humanity to assist his staff to deal with these stressful and dangerous situations.

Jeffrey was awarded the Michelle Crowther PSM Excellence in Government Solicitors Award, for his work as director, solutions group at WIRO (the Workers Compensation Independent Review Office)
