The pocket diary
Is the pocket diary still available?
The pocket diary has sold out online. A limited quantity is available to purchase over the counter at the Law Society Shop, on Level 1 of the Law Society building located at 170 Phillip Street, Sydney. If you are unable to attend the Shop, please contact the diary team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
I ordered my diary online, when will it be delivered?
Please allow two (2) weeks for your order to arrive. All orders are being sent by Australia Post without a tracking number. New orders are being accepted online.
Can I have my diary delivered via DX?
No. Diaries will only be delivered by standard Australia Post to physical addresses and PO/GPO Boxes.
Can I pick up my online order and not pay postage?
No. Diaries ordered online can only be delivered by post. If you would prefer not to pay postage, you can purchase over the counter at the Law Society Shop, on Level 1 of the Law Society building located at 170 Phillip Street, Sydney.
How do I order my diary?
The most efficient way to order is online through the Law Society's secure eShop using credit card.
If you do not have access to a credit card, you can opt to pay by cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please note, your order will not be complete until your cheque or EFT payment is received.
Do I get a reference number with my online order?
Yes. All completed online orders generate a tax invoice. This is sent to you by email. Please retain and file the tax invoice for future reference. If you make an enquiry about your order, we will ask you for the tax invoice number. A receipt will be sent by email once full payment is received.
Can I change my online order?
Changes cannot be made online to completed orders. If you require additional diaries, please complete another order. Please note, we cannot guarantee that separate orders will be delivered together. If you have other changes, please contact the diary team by email at email@example.com, quoting your tax invoice number.

Can I purchase over the counter at the Law Society Shop?
Yes. The day-to-a-page, week-at-a-glance and limited pocket diaries are in stock now for purchase from the Law Society Shop on Level 1 of the Law Society building located at 170 Phillip Street, Sydney.
Are the diaries in the Law Society Shop also on sale?
Yes. All diaries in the Shop are 25% off, while stocks last.
What methods of payment are accepted at the Law Society Shop?
The Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards, cash and cheques.
When is the Law Society Shop open?
The Shop is open 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with entry to Level 1 restricted from 4:50pm. The Shop is not open on public holidays.
I am a Law Society member, can I purchase multiple diaries on behalf of other members at the Law Society Shop?
Yes. Please bring your membership card or a valid photo id with you for membership verification.
