Supporting Professional responsibility

The Law Society delivers information to help practising solicitors both understand and comply with legislative obligations contained in the Legal Profession Act 2004 and the Legal Profession Regulation 2005, as well as their professional obligations under the Revised Professional Conduct and Practice Rules 1995, also known as Solicitors Rules.
