This award recognises excellence on the part of an individual, legal team or law firm who actively promotes physical and mental health wellbeing.
This award celebrates either innovation in, or the championing of, various initiatives that improve wellbeing in the legal profession.

Assessment Criteria
- How has the nominee demonstrated a commitment to promoting physical and mental health wellbeing within the legal profession through their initiatives or practices. (50 per cent)
- Provide specific examples of innovative wellbeing programs, policies, or activities that the nominee has championed, explaining how these initiatives have positively impacted the overall wellbeing of individuals within the legal community. (25 per cent)
- How has the nominee gone above and beyond in raising awareness of mental health issues or promoting a healthy work-life balance within their workplace and/or the broader legal profession. (25 per cent)
Eligibility
Nominations for this award are open to individuals and teams who:
- are members of The Law Society of NSW, or an organisation or team with a membership rate of 80 per cent or above.
Judging Panel
This award will be judged by a panel from the Law Society of NSW, including the Wellbeing Manager.
