Digital Resources

Digital resources can only be borrowed by solicitors who hold a current NSW practising certificate. Please review the minimum system requirements for each title before submitting a request to borrow. The loan period is one week.

The Law Society library holds etitles in the subject areas of Banking, Bankruptcy, Business Law, Competition & Consumer Law, Corporations, Costs, Criminal Law, Employment Law, Equity & Trusts, Evidence, Family Law, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Interpretation, Local Government & Planning, Meetings, Migration, Mortgages & Securities, Natural Resources, Powers, Practice, Property, Succession, Superannuation, Taxation, Tenancy and Traffic.

To request a title, please send an email to library@lawsociety.com.au and include the following information:

    • Your full name;
    • At least one contact number (either a telephone number or a mobile number);
    • Your library card number or Solicitor ID Number. Without this information, the Library will not be able to process your request; and,
    • The title of the digital resource.

First time users are also requested to provide the following details:

• Device type; as well as,
• Operating system and version number.
